Abstract

The invention discloses a bud-injury preventing system in sugarcane seed cutting. The system comprises a sugarcane seed bud induction mechanism, an inductor, an auxiliary induction device, a cutting device, and a control system; the sugarcane seed bud induction mechanism comprises two half-trumpet rubber sleeves to form a trumpet rubber sleeve, each of two sides of the trumpet rubber sleeve is provided with a first elastic device for pre-tightening the half-trumpet rubber sleeve so that the two half-trumpet rubber sleeves can be strutted; the inductor is arranged on an inner circumferential wall of a small trumpet end of two half-trumpet rubber sleeves; the auxiliary induction device is arranged behind a combination line of the two half-trumpet rubber sleeves, and the auxiliary induction device and the rubber sleeve are separated by a certain distance; the cutting device is arranged behind the auxiliary induction device, and the control system is respectively connected with the inductor, the auxiliary induction device and the cutting device.
