Problems solved by technology

However, the actual effect of the existing ecological imitation breeding method is not ideal
Among all the parental female salamanders, less than 10% of the individuals laid eggs on average, and about half of the eggs laid by the individuals were not fertilized, and the hatching rate of the fertilized eggs was only about 80% during artificial incubation, which eventually led to less emergence
It can be seen that there are still many places to be perfected in the existing ecological imitation breeding methods.

Embodiment 1

[0014] The imitation ecological reproduction method of giant salamander of the present invention is implemented in a breeding farm in northeast Chongqing. The specific implementation steps are as follows:

[0015] 1. Construct ecological reproduction facilities. Choose a place where the water source is convenient to excavate the artificial stream, the stream width is 3m, the water body is the source water, the highest water temperature in summer is about 24℃; the artificial cave is made of natural materials such as river gravel, and the cave area is 1.2m 2 , The caves maintain the sound of water and water droplets. The caves and streams are covered with vegetation. The vegetation is vines supported by the scaffolding. The vegetation coverage rate above the cave is about 90%, and the vegetation coverage rate above the stream is about 60%. The bottom of the cave is covered with 0.2m thick river sand, and 0.3m high river sand is piled at the entrance of the cave connected with the ar...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for bionic breeding of andrias davidianus, which comprises the steps: caves and artificial streams which flow through the caves are built, parent andrias davidianus which is used for bionic breeding is selected, nutrient substances are supplemented and the diversification of baits is guaranteed in a cultivation stage, the baits and the nutrient substances are feed for one time every 3-5 days, male parent andrias davidianus is naturally incubated after spawning fertilizing in a breeding season, and then egg granules which are naturally incubated are artificially incubated to germinate after being collected. Compared with implementation effects of other bionic breeding fields, the method for bionic breeding of the andrias davidianus is above 95% in fertilization rate, achieves above 95% hatching rate, is higher than a common bionic breeding method of the andrias davidianus, and has important significance for improving reproductive capacity of the andrias davidianus.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of animal breeding, and in particular to a method for imitating ecological reproduction of giant salamanders. Background technique [0002] Giant salamander, commonly known as baby fish, is a rare animal unique to our country and has been listed as a national second-level wild protected animal. Wild giant salamanders mainly inhabit the mountains and streams of the tributaries of the Yangtze River, the Yellow River and the Pearl River. They have biological advantages such as large individuals and fast growth, as well as strong nourishing meat and unique medicinal value, which have attracted people's attention. [0003] At present, the reproduction of giant salamander mainly adopts ecological reproduction method, which has been widely used in giant salamander suitable for breeding areas throughout the country. The main point of this method is to build giant salamander imitation ecological reproduction facilities. The construc...
