Abstract

The invention discloses a detection method for a silk grafting rate. The detection method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) subjecting to-be-detected grafted silk to thermogravimetric analysis so as to obtain a DTC curve, carrying out peak-differentiating and imitating on the DTC curve, respectively calculating peak areas when a peak position is in a temperature range of 275 to 295 DEG G and of 320 to 330 DEG C and respectively marking the peak areas as S1 and S2; and (2) calculating the grafting rate of the to-be-detected grafted silk according to the formula prescribed in a formula 2, i.e., (grafting rate)% = S1 / S2 * 100%. The detection method provided by the invention reveals the corresponding relationship between the grafting rate and thermogravimetric DTC performance through thermogravimetric analysis and peak-differentiating and imitating and mathematic analysis of the DTC curve; as for silk application and consumers, the detection method facilitates product quality detection, component discrimination and cost accounting, thereby filling in a blank in the industry.
