Problems solved by technology

In many cases, however, it is not desirable that the through-opening cross-section of the guide plate be oversized compared to the corresponding clamping part, since this would make precise positioning of the guide plate relative to the clamping part or the foundation difficult.

Embodiment Construction

[0035] exist figure 1 The fastening point 1 shown in FIG. 1 for fastening a rail S comprises a sleeper 2 made of concrete, shown here only in section, on the top side of which a planar bearing surface 3 is formed.

[0036] The track S is fixed on the sleeper 2 by means of a system comprising: a backing plate 4 on the bearing surface 3 of the sleeper 2; two guide plates 5, 6; an elastic layer laid flat on the backing plate 4 7. Two clamping parts 8, 9 configured as conventional sleeper bolts; two spring elements 10, 11 configured in the manner of ω-shaped clip fasteners and two plastic sleeves 12, 13.

[0037] The plastic sleeves 12, 13 are molded into the sleeper 2 at a distance from one another. In this case, the openings of the plastic sleeves are each flush with the planar support surface 3 of the sleeper 2 and their longitudinal axes are aligned substantially perpendicular to the support surface 3 .

[0038] The backing plate 4 rests with its planar bottom surface 14 on ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a system for fastening a rail (S) to an underlying surface, comprising an underlay plate (4), which has a support surface (20) for the rail (S) to be fastened, and at least one guide plate (5, 6) which is seated on the underlay plate (4) and has a through-opening (38) intended for a clamping element (8, 9) and leading from the free upper side (37) of said guide plate to its lower side (44) resting on the underlay plate (4), which clamping element, with the system completely mounted, is guided through the through-opening (38) and fixedly connected to the underlying surface, wherein a latching connection between the underlay plate (4) and the guide plate (5, 6) is formed in the region of the through-opening (38) of the guide plate (5, 6) by at least one latching arm (25, 26) which engages through the through-opening (38) of the guide plate (5, 6) and has at its free end a latching projection (27, 28) which positively interacts with a stop formed on the guide plate (5, 6). In order to simplify the mounting of the system on the respective underlying surface, a cutout (42, 43) is formed in the circumferential surface (40) delimiting the through-opening (38) of the guide plate (5, 6), in which cutout the respectively assigned latching arm (25, 26) is seated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a system for securing rails to foundations, the system: [0002] - has a backing plate with a bearing surface for the rail to be fixed; [0003] - comprising at least one guide plate, which is located on the backing plate and has a through-hole leading from its free top surface to its bottom surface resting on the backing plate, for a clamping member which is mounted on completion The system is guided by the through hole and fixedly connected with the foundation; [0004] - wherein the snap-in connection between the backing plate and the guide plate is formed in the region of the through-hole of the guide plate by at least one snap-in arm which snaps through the through-hole of the guide plate and has a snap-in projection at its free end part, the snap-in protrusion cooperates in a form-fitting manner with a stop formed at the guide plate. Background technique [0005] A system with the above-mentioned features is known from...
