An exercise fatigue risk assessment belongs to the field of exercise health assessment. The quantitative assessment of the fatigue risk profile of a subject can be achieved based on the physiological, biochemical and mental indexes closely related to the exercise fatigue so as to early find the fatigue, then the exercise intensity and amount can be adjusted to avoid the overfatigue. All the assessment programs are completed under the noninvasive condition, and the module includes:1) a body fatigue risk module including three sub-modules of central fatigue, peripheral fatigue, and cardiovascular response, wherein the central fatigue sub-module includes three assessment programs of an electroencephalogram, a flicker fusion threshold, and choice reaction time, the peripheral fatigue sub-module includes four sub-modules of an electromyogram, muscle strength, muscle endurance and muscle function, and the cardiovascular response sub-module includes three sub-modules of blood pressure postural reflex, heart rate response, and blood pressure response; and 2)mental fatigue risk module characterized in that a self-rating fatigue symptom scale is adopted for testing.
