The system is constituted of five parts that are a portal site entrance, a company name independent reporting network application, a company name checking center, a company name similarity comparing center and a distributed-type data storage. Through the system, the company name can be applied independently when a company is registered; and at the same time, through the technologies of the similarity analysis and the text intelligent search and comparison, the reasonability of the company name is ensured, thus improving the efficiency and the accuracy of checking the company name.
