Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of designing a model topological structure and an initialization model; obtaining the data samples of historical tests on an electric energy meter; calculating the output of a neuron in the input layer of the model; calculating the output of a neuron in the hidden layer of the model; calculating the output of a neuron in the output layer of the model; calculating the evaluation deviation value of a model network relative to a sample set to obtain the standard deviation STDEV; adjusting the parameters of internal neurons of the model till meeting the precision requirement; establishing a metering performance model of the electric energy meter under the effect of multi-dimensional influence quantities; acquiring the data of the multi-dimensional influence quantities at an actual site; and evaluating the metering accuracy of the electric energy meter under the effect of multi-dimensional influence quantities. According to the technical scheme of the invention, no additional test is required for testing the electric energy meter. Meanwhile, the data of historical tests on the electric energy meter are further excavated and utilized, and the metering accuracy of the electric energy meter under the effect of multi-dimensional influence quantities is evaluated accurately.
