Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: 1) carrying out finite element analysis of a compressive load according to a preliminary designed two-dimensional cross-section of a sealing strip, and obtaining a CLD curve of the inner and outer lip of the sealing strip; 2) making a window sealing system into an equivalent discrete non-linear stiffness spring element, and establishing a sealing strip equivalent dynamics model; 3) establishing a three-dimension model of a vehicle window sheet metal and a vehicle window lifter, and combining with the sealing strip equivalent dynamics model to establish a complete vehicle window lifter kinematics model; and 4) by kinetic analysis on the complete vehicle window lifter kinematics model, obtaining a support force variation curve of the sealing strip to a vehicle window, and a balance coefficient of the vehicle window under the constraint of the sealing strip, and combining the CLD curve of the inner and outer lip of the sealing strip to output a rapid evaluation result of the sealing strip design.
