The preparation is prepared from the following raw material components in percentage by weight: 0.02-0.04% of ethephon, 0.01-0.03% of methyl jasmonate, 0.002-0.005% of tryptophan, 0.001-0.003% of lysine, 0.001-0.003% of citric acid, 0.002-0.004% of succinyl benzoic acid, 0.005-0.008% of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.1-0.3% of an organosilicon additive and the balance of water. Dendrobium huoshanense seedling plants are sprayed with the compound preparation avoiding the rain in 20-30 days before dendrobium harvest every year, and the spary amount is 20-40 mL / m2, the preparation is sprayed once every 5-7 days for totally 2-4 times, continuously.
