47 results about "Jasmonate" patented technology

Jasmonate (JA) and its derivatives are lipid-based plant hormones that regulate a wide range of processes in plants, ranging from growth and photosynthesis to reproductive development. In particular, JAs are critical for plant defense against herbivory and plant responses to poor environmental conditions and other kinds of abiotic and biotic challenges. Some JAs can also be released as volatile organic compounds (VOCs) to permit communication between plants in anticipation of mutual dangers.

Method for improving content of betulin and oleanolic acid in birch cell by utilizing MeJA (methyl-jasmonate) and SA (salicyl acid)

The invention belongs to the field of biological engineering, and particularly relates to a method for improving the content of betulin and oleanolic acid in a birch cell by utilizing MeJA (methyl-jasmonate) and SA (salicyl acid), which comprises the following steps of: inoculating a birch tissure culture seedling stem to NT + 0.1 mg/L of 6-BA and 0.01 mg/L of TDZ culture mediums to induce birch callus, and obtaining a birch suspension cell with high content of total triterpenes through multi-time subculture, screening and suspension culture; inoculating the screened cell into the same liquid culture medium, wherein the inoculation amount is 3g/100ml; adding 100mu Mum/L of MeJA and 50mg/L of SA when the shake culture is performed at the seventh day; after 24-48h, obtaining the product; and detecting the content of total triterpenes, betulin and oleanolic acid in the cell. Through the comparison of the two kinds of processing methods, the content of total triterpenes is improved by 21.6-31.7%, the content of oleanolic acid is improved by 277.4-369.34%, and the content of betulin is improved by 44.42-179.58%. The application of the invention provides a new path for solving the problem of shortage of natural plant drug resources and realizing large-scale industrial production of betulin and oleanolic acid drugs.

Breeding and seed production method for hybrid rice

The invention belongs to the technical field of rice plantation, and discloses a breeding and seed production method for hybrid rice. The method utilizes the measures including performing field layoutof male and female parents, promoting glume opening by a sterile line, collecting pollen of the male parent, spraying, and the like; wherein concentration plantation is separately performed on the male and female parents, seedling raising is performed by utilizing machine transplantation in order to remove impurities; different restoration systems are isolated by distance or flowering periods, and the pollen of the male parent is mechanically collected and preserved at ultralow temperature; when the sterile line shows 30% of ears, "920" is utilized to promote earing, and when the sterile lineshows 50% of the ears, concentration glume opening is promoted by utilizing jasmonates or [alpha]-linolenic acid substances; the pollen of the male parent is mechanically collected and preserved at ultralow temperature, and the pollen is sprayed by a unmanned aerial vehicle; and hybrid seeds are harvested by a harvester. The method contributes to mechanization of planting and transplanting linksin breeding and seed production processes, and avoids generation of mechanical mixing when the hybrid seeds are harvested; the problem that the flowering periods of the male and female parents do notmeet is avoided; and the sterile line promotes the concentration glume opening through combination of spraying the pollen by the unmanned aerial vehicle, and so, the labor intensity is reduced, and the efficiency of breeding and seed production is improved.
