The method comprises the following steps that S1) a sending end extracts a data frame that needs sending; S2) the sending end codes the extracted data information in an LDPC coding manner; S3) the sending end spreads the spectrum of the coded data in a DSSS manner; S4) the sending end sends data after spectrum spreading to a receiving end via a power line; and S5) the receiving end processes the received data.
