Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: firstly, sleeving one end of each screw rod with a corresponding thread hole of a bottom plate; after firm connection, sleeving one end opening of the barrel material with an annular groove of the bottom plate, and pressing the other end opening of the barrel material into an annular groove of a pressing plate in a sleeving manner; secondly, aligning milling grooves between the bottom plate and the pressing plate along the axial direction of the barrel material, and tightly twisting the other end of each screw rod by using a nut so as to tightly press and lock the barrel material by the bottom plate and the pressing plate; and finally, taking the bottom surface of the bottom plate as a standard, and taking the corresponding milling grooves of the bottom plate and the pressing plate as an alignment standard, carrying out milling on the barrel material to mill the equal arc-shaped plates with a required quantity.
