The physical topological information of a data centre and the requests of tenants are taken as input; the demands of the tenants for virtual machines, the middleware and network resources are set based on a tenant virtual machine demand model; bandwidths are reserved for the tenants through the steps of searching a minimum subtree, deploying the tenant virtual machines and reserving network bandwidths; the deployment problem of storing the application virtual machines and the middleware virtual machines of the tenants can be effectively coordinated; the data centre can both ensure the demands of the tenants for the virtual machines, the middleware and the network and receive the quantity of the tenant requests to the maximum extent; and the income of the data centre is improved.
