Embodiment 1

[0027] Microscopic Morphology of Liquid Band-Aid Wraps Containing Different Propolis

[0028] Add the prescribed amount of propolis to 10 times the volume of ethyl acetate, let it stand for 24 hours, then ultrasonically for 30 minutes, filter, put the filtrate in a 50ml volumetric flask, and constant volume to obtain the propolis extract. Then put castor oil, lemon volatile oil, ether, benzyl alcohol, isopropanol, and propolis extract in a suitable container in the prescribed amount, and mix well. Finally, add the prescribed amount of film-forming material, after all dissolved, let it stand for degassing, and then fill it.

[0029] The propolis-containing liquid band-aid is made into a film of a certain thickness with a mould, cut into a size of 5mm×5mm, placed on a sample stage, plated with gold, and observed under an FE-SEM. see results figure 1 , wherein, Figures A-C, D-F, and G-I are morphological views of liquid band-aids containing 0%, 2%, and 4% propolis respectively ...

Abstract

The invention provides liquid band-aid and a preparing method thereof. The liquid band-aid comprises, by mass, 0%-10% of propolis, 1%-20% of film-forming materials, 5%-9% of castor oil, 4%-8% of lemon volatile oil, 30%-60% of diethyl ether, 3%-8% of ethyl acetate, 1%-23% of benzyl alcohol and 2%-15% of isopropyl alcohol. The liquid band-aid is easy and convenient to use, and is not limited by the size and the positions of wounds, a film can be rapidly formed after coating, and the wet and aseptic physical environment is provided for the wounds; meanwhile, active ingredients such as propolis are released, wound healing is promoted, and healing time is shortened.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medicine, in particular to a liquid band-aid and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] The skin, the largest organ in the body, serves as a structural barrier in body defense; preventing damage from pathogens and the internal and external environment, and it also plays a key role in protecting the body from excess water loss. Wounds can be part of the disease process or the cause of disease. When skin is subjected to various types of damage, multiple cellular and extracellular pathways are activated to restore tissue integrity in a tightly regulated and coordinated manner. Traditionally, the process of wound healing is divided into four distinct phases: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation and remodeling. Given the complexity of the healing cascade, many factors can interfere with the healing process, resulting in delayed wound healing, increased patient morbidity and mortality,...
