The method includes respectively carrying out metabonomics analysis on serum samples of experimental groups A and control groups B by the aid of LC / MS (liquid chromatography / mass spectrometry) instruments; carrying out model discriminant analysis on response intensity data of peaks of substances in the samples; respectively carrying out PCA (principal component analysis) on the experimental groups A and the control groups B; building PLS-DA (partial least square- discriminant analysis) and OPLS-DA (orthogonal partial least square-discriminant analysis) models on the basis so as to obtain difference expression metabolites; screening and identifying the biological markers related to breast cancer carcinogenesis and metastasis. The biological markers include hemolytic lecithin, sphingomyelin and small-molecule amino acid. The method has the advantages that results obtained by the aid of the method have an important significance on illustrating change rules of contents of characteristic metabolites in the serum of patients who suffer from the triple-negative breast cancer and illustrating effects of the metabolites in tumor formation and development procedures; effective breast cancer early diagnosis target sites can be acquired by the aid of the method, and data bases can be provided for establishing specific cancer diagnosis models.
