Example Embodiment

[0019] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the drawings and embodiments.

[0020] Implementation example figure 1 As shown, an aperture-based splicing glaucoma expander optical system with adjustable diopter of the present invention includes: a first free-form surface mirror 1 with a variable radius of curvature 1, a second free-form surface mirror 2, a second free-form mirror with a variable radius of curvature The three free-form surface mirror 3, the fourth free-form surface mirror 4, the diaphragm 8 and the imaging retina 9 form a peripheral vision large field of view axisymmetric eight anti-inverted telescope optical path①, in the light propagation direction, except for the diaphragm 8 and the imaging retina 9 In addition, the above optical elements are placed with a certain eccentricity and off-axis; the doublet lens 5 with negative refractive power, the lens 6 with positive refractive power, the lens 7 with positive refractive power, pl...

Abstract

The invention relates to a glaucoma visual-field expander optical system capable of adjusting diopter and based on aperture stitching. The system comprises a peripheral visual field large-visual-field axisymmetric eight inverted telescope optical path and a central visual field small-visual-field inverted Galileo telescope optical path, wherein diaphragms of the two optical paths are overlapped with pupils. The system, based on the aperture stitching principle and adopting the dual optical paths, obtains an aliasing-free high-power-field expanded full-field image on damaged retinas of glaucoma patients by controlling the height of light rays of the two optical paths; and by utilizing curvature-radius-variable first and third free-form surface reflectors and change of optical interval between lenses, diopter adjustment is finished. The system belongs to the technical field of an optical instrument; the peripheral visual field and central visual field images are obtained simultaneously by utilizing the aperture-stitching dual optical paths; visual field switching of an existing glaucoma visual-field expander is replaced; and a diopter regulation mechanism is added to the system. The system is simple and compact in structure, does not need switching, is capable of realizing diopter regulation, is convenient to use and has a better market prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of optical instruments and relates to an optical system of an adjustable diopter-based glaucoma expander based on aperture splicing, which is especially suitable for glaucoma patients with normal vision or hyperopia in the late stage with a 10° tubular field of view. Background technique [0002] Glaucoma is the second most common cause of blindness in the world and the first cause of irreparable blindness. Glaucoma is characterized by elevated intraocular pressure, optic atrophy, and visual field defect. Advanced glaucoma can cause severe peripheral visual field loss, forming tubular visual field (2w≤10°). This severe loss of peripheral vision, even with better central vision, will seriously affect orientation and walking, and bring great inconvenience to patients' daily life. And middle-aged and elderly people are the main group of glaucoma morbidity, and generally middle-aged and elderly people with gla...
