A lycium ruthenicum murr ethyl alcohol extract is selected for inversed phase chromatographic preparation and separation to obtain 2 fractions; two pairs of cis-trans anthocyanin isomers, including a new anthocyanin and 3 anthocyanin monomer compounds separated from the lycium ruthenicum murr at the first time, are prepared through the mixed-mode chromatography.
