The method comprises the steps that 1, a system harmonic wave model is established according to a connection relation between an offshore wind farm system, namely, all components and a cable; 2, a network admittance matrix of the system is established according to the system harmonic wave model, the modal impedance frequency spectrum of the system is solved through a modal method, participation factors of all nodes are calculated, and the true generation position of resonance is determined; 3, inhibiting measures for the resonance are designed according to the participation factors. According to the method, the installing position of a filter is determined according to the participation factors, and compared with the traditional method that the filter is only installed at a confluence point, harmonic waves transmitted in a wind field can be better inhibited.
