Embodiment Construction

[0053] The specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0054] The present invention proposes an aeroengine noise prediction method based on multiple regression, such as figure 1 shown, including the following steps:

[0055] Step 1: Obtain the time-domain signal of the internal noise of the aero-engine and the parameter matrix X of the working state of the aero-engine n×k , n is the number of aero-engine working states, and k is the number of selected aero-engine working state parameters.

[0056] In this embodiment, the working state parameters of the aeroengine include: the total temperature T of the inlet section * , the total pressure of the inlet section P * , air flow G B , residual air coefficient α, that is, the number of aeroengine operating state parameters n=4.

[0057] Step 2: Preprocess the time-domain signal of the internal noise of the aero-engine to obtain the 1 / 3 octave s...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for predicting noise of aero-engines on the basis of multi-regression. The method includes acquiring time-domain signals of the internal noise of the aero-engines and working state parameter matrixes of the aero-engines; preprocessing the time-domain signals of the internal noise of the aero-engines to obtain 1 / 3 octave spectra and total sound pressure levels of the internal noise of the aero-engines; establishing multi-regression equations of sounds pressure levels of the internal noise of the aero-engines by the aid of least square processes according to the 1 / 3 octave spectra of the internal noise of the aero-engines and the working state parameter matrixes of the aero-engines; collecting working state parameters of the aero-engines in real time; inputting the corresponding working state parameters of the aero-engines in certain working states into the multi-regression equations of the sound pressure levels of the internal noise of the aero-engines to obtain linear analysis 1 / 3 octave spectra and total sound pressure levels of the internal noise of the aero-engines. The linear analysis 1 / 3 octave spectra and total sound pressure levels of the internal noise of the aero-engines correspond to the working states. The method has the advantages that residual errors are controlled, and accordingly the accuracy of load forecast results can be guaranteed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of aerodynamic engineering, and in particular relates to an aeroengine noise prediction method based on multiple regression. Background technique [0002] With the replacement of aero-engines, the noise problem inside the aero-engine combustor is also emerging, so the acoustic design of the combustor is also facing a major breakthrough, which forces the research on the noise load prediction technology of the combustor. There are very few studies on the estimation of combustion chamber acoustic load at home and abroad. Carrying out this research is very important for determining the structural acoustic mode of the combustion chamber, finding its acoustic excitation source, better understanding the combustion environment inside the combustion chamber, calculating fatigue life, and designing Compliant with the requirements of the engine, etc. is of great significance. Therefore, the establishment of the intern...
