Abstract

The method includes from the point of view of improving the efficiency of BMPs implementation, identifying the distribution characteristics of drainage basin agriculture non-point source pollution load, and providing the basis for the configuration of BMPs at different scales; constructing a BMPs evaluation toolkit to provide a standardized assessment technique for determining the BMPs reduction efficiency; establishing the simulation situation of drainage basin agriculture non-point source pollution BMPs optimal configuration schemes based on NSGA-II, screening the BMPs optimal configuration scheme of the drainage basin agriculture non-point source pollution control, and establishing a BMPs combined space hierarchical configuration system suitable for the drainage basin characteristics. The cost benefit is analyzed from the perspective of the drainage basin as a whole, so that a reliable foundation is established for effective control of non-point source pollution, and for improved water source protection and drainage basin health.
