Abstract

Incidence ports of the two integrating spheres are connected with two ends of the hollow connection tube respectively, and each integrating sphere is provided with a light outlet. One of the beams attenuates after penetrating sample coated glass and is emitted outwards through the corresponding light outlet to form detection light, and the other beam is subjected to diffusion reflection in the corresponding integrating sphere and emitted outwards from the corresponding light outlet to form pumping light. Emitted light of compensatory light sources are compensated and amplified by the detection light and the pumping light, then received by a photovoltaic conversion circuit of a detector and sent to a lock-in amplifier connected with the detector to realize calculation of voltage differences of voltage signals; the calculated voltage differences of the voltage signals are sent to an upper computer through the lock-in amplifier connected with the upper computer to realize analysis and calculation.
