A working frequency of a base station is configured on a cloud platform. The channels of n serial numbers are configured for the base station in support of n channels. It should be noted that the n channels at least comprise one default channel. A gap of uplink and downlink frequencies is configured. When a module sends frequency hopping and network search instructions on the default channel, the channel information of the uploading base station is replied to the module.
