Abstract
The invention discloses an automobile tail gas treatment device, which comprises a shell, an intake pipe, a superfine fiber cloth, a clean air cavity, a tubular inorganic ceramic membrane, a non-woven fabric, a nanofiber membrane, an exhaust pipe, a pillar and the like. The air inlet pipe is connected with the clean air chamber, and all the exhaust gas enters the clean air chamber. The microfiber cloth is located at the front end of the clean air chamber inlet and has double layers, which are used to filter larger particles in the exhaust gas. The tubular inorganic ceramic membrane is embedded in the clean air chamber, which is seamlessly connected. The tubular inorganic ceramic membrane can remove most of the harmful substances in the exhaust gas. The non-woven fabric and nanofiber membrane are between the clean air chamber and the inner wall of the shell. Among them, the nanofiber membrane is embedded in the non-woven fabric, and the activated carbon contained on the nanofiber membrane can absorb harmful substances that are not removed by the tubular inorganic ceramic membrane. The invention is a kind of automobile tail gas processing equipment which fully utilizes the purification membrane to effectively purify the automobile tail gas, has a simple structure and is convenient for cleaning and regeneration.
