Each semiconductor layer includes a first semiconductor layer, an active layer and a second semiconductor layer that are laminated successively. In addition, each light emitting element also includes a metal layer encircling the side of the semiconductor layer; the metal layer and the first electrode are insulated with each other and the metal layer and the second electrode are insulated with each other.
