Problems solved by technology

[0003] However, the existing small animal NMR spectroscopy system cannot warm the contrast agent during in vitro detection, resulting in a large error in the relaxation rate of the contrast agent detected in vitro and in vivo, that is, the contrast agent relaxation rate is greatly affected by temperature
At present, this error can only be eliminated by empirical formulas, which will greatly increase the complexity of data post-processing and reduce the calculation accuracy

Abstract

The invention relates to a temperature changing detection system and method for a nuclear magnetic contrast agent. The system comprises a sample pipe fixing device, a circulation water tank and an automatic control system, wherein the sample pipe fixing device is a cylindrical member which is internally provided with multiple slots, each slot is internally fixed with a sample pipe containing the contrast agent, a temperature control sensor is attached to an outer wall of each sample pipe, an opening end of each slot is embedded with a circulation water pipeline, the circulation water tank is externally communicated with the multiple circulation water pipelines and is internally provided with a circulation pump, the automatic control system has a control circuit which is electrically connected with the circulation water tank and the temperature control sensors of the multiple sample pipes, the control circuit is used for monitoring deviation of temperature values of the sample pipes acquired by the temperature control sensors and preset temperature and adjusting temperature of circulation water according to deviation till the temperature values acquired by the temperature control sensors reach the preset temperature. The system is advantaged in that through automatically adjusting the temperature of the contrast agent in the sample pipes, and a relaxation rate measurement error caused by internal and external temperature difference can be eliminated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of nuclear magnetic resonance imaging, and in particular relates to a temperature-variable detection system of nuclear magnetic contrast agents and a detection method thereof. Background technique [0002] The small animal nuclear magnetic resonance imaging system is currently widely used in the evaluation of the relaxation rate of new contrast agents, and the use of contrast agents can improve the effect of nuclear magnetic resonance imaging. The reason is that the nuclear magnetic resonance contrast agents do not directly generate echo signals. Instead, enhanced imaging is performed by changing the relaxation rate of hydrogen protons in local tissues in small animals, thereby effectively shortening the imaging time and significantly improving the imaging contrast of the lesion area, which is useful for early detection of lesions, identification of tumor types and malignancy, and quantification. Cardiomyocy...
