Abstract

The device comprises a heat dissipation substrate, an inner encapsulation layer, a blue light blocking encapsulation layer, an antiglare layer, a uniform light optical structure, a blue light LED chip and a lamp cup; and the heat dissipation substrate is disposed on the outer bottom surface of the lamp cup; theblue light LED chip is located at the inner bottom surface of the lamp cup and is in conductive contact with the heat dissipation substrate; the inner encapsulation layer covers the blue light LED chip and contains yellow light fluorescent powder; the blue light blocking encapsulation layer is disposed on the inner encapsulation layer; the antiglare layer is disposed on the blue light blocking encapsulation layer; the uniform light optical structure is disposed on the antiglare layer; and the blue light blocking encapsulation layer has a blocking rate of 80% or more for light in wavelength bands of 460 nm or below, has a blocking rate of 90 to 98% for blue and violet light in wave bands ranging from 350 to 460 nm, and keeps a light transmittance rate of 85% or above for visible light in bands ranging from 470 to 750 nm.
