The method is characterized in that low-temperature nitrogen of a specifictemperature and a specific flow can be prepared by mixing normal-temperature nitrogen and liquid nitrogen, and low-temperature nitrogen temperature and flow control is achieved by adjusting the flowsof nitrogen and liquid nitrogen respectively; kerosene is slowly and uniformly cooled through the low-temperature nitrogen, and the consequence that testing results are affected as free water of partial kerosene is crystallized as the temperature is reduced too rapidly is avoided; the pressure difference change before and after a filter is acquired through a pressure difference sensor, then flow resistance change of the flowing process of the kerosene is acquired, and change of a solid crystal inside the kerosene is studied; in the kerosene flowing process, the crystallization accumulation process on a filtering net can be directly observed through a transparent visible filter. The method has the characteristics that equipment principles are simple, the temperature control precision is high, crystallization change of free water in kerosene can is direct and visible, and influence of temperature reduction of kerosene can be directly analyzed through both a macroscopic observation methodand data judgment.
