The system comprises a sampling design module, a sampling navigation module, a sampling positioning module, a data analysis module and a detection analysis module, wherein the sampling design module, the sampling navigation module, the sampling positioning module, the data analysis module and the detection analysis module are connected with the soil collection information processing system. According to the system, a sampling machine is positioned in real time by use of an electronic map and a registered remote sensing image based on a GIS and an RS technology, and the sampling machine is guided to arrive at a predetermined sampling position according to an optimal path planned in a sampling setting and training module. The system has data analysis and detection analysis functions and effectively achieve sampling design, navigation, positioning, data analysis, quick detection and other functions.
