According to the method, the one-time decoding is carried out each time when the receiving frameis acquired, thereby acquiring the original frame, or the receiving frame incapable of being decoded is stored, and the previous receiving frame incapable of being decoded is decoded through adoptionof the subsequently acquired receiving frame, thereby obtaining the original frame; and the restored receiving frame is no longer stored.
