The flow field plate structure comprises a flow field plate body, wherein a runner field which is arranged in a serpentine manner as a whole is formed at the front side of the flow field plate body; a runner air inlet is formed in an initiating terminal of the runner field; the runner field comprises a plurality of single runners which are arranged in parallel and are sequentially connected; a runner shoulder is arranged between two adjacent single runners; a drainage channel is formed in each runnershoulder; a water outlet is formed in the bottom of each drainage channel and communicates with each collection tank formed in the back side of the flow field plate body; and the collection tanks communicate with runner exhaust holes formed in the flow field plate body.
