The method includes steps of processing to obtain a first probability density function and normalizing a second probability density function; processing to obtain a wind power multi-state model containing a wind power combined state value and awind power force output combination state probability; processing to obtain a probability density function with traditional power generator power output uncertainty caused by the combined power generation of a traditional thermal power generating unit; processing to obtain all unit force output combined state values of a power generating side and force output combined state probability; inputtingan optimal tidy flow model to solve the model and acquire the power generating power value; calculating the expectation values of a traditional thermal power generating unit and the power generating power of a wind power plant under all states. The invention considers the force output uncertainty caused by active behavior of combined power generation of a power generating side in a real-time dispatching, and contains initiatives of the traditional power generating unit and the wind power plant; the electric system optimizing dispatching method can make dispatchers acquire more accurate systemdispatching result conveniently while reduce the running cost of an electric system.
