Abstract

The invention provides a watercraft lifesaving device storage system and a control mode. The watercraft lifesaving device storage system comprises a storage box, a storage cabinet and a host computer,wherein pressure sensors are mounted at the bottom of all storage compartments in the storage box; the pressure sensors are connected to a programmable logic controller (PLC) through signal lines; data reading devices are arranged inside all placement cabinets of the storage cabinet; the data reading devices are connected to a VGA port of the PLC through VGA connectors; and the host computer is connected to the plurality of data reading devices through a CAN bus. The PLC determines the kinds of lifesaving devices placed in the storage compartments according to pressure values detected by thepressure sensors; the data reading devices read data values of the PLC and send the read data values to the host computer through the CAN bus; and inspection personnel only need to check the data in the host computer to check the lifesaving devices, so that the watercraft lifesaving device storage system is convenient and quick.
