Abstract

The invention discloses a kidney-tonifying and yang-invigorating traditional Chinese medicinal composition, and a preparation method and a use thereof. The traditional Chinese medicinal composition comprises 40-50 wt% of Cistanche deserticola, 5-10 wt% of sea horses, 20-30 wt% of fructus cnidii and 20-30 wt% of Chinese chive seeds. The traditional Chinese medicinal composition is respectively intragastrically administrated to mice at a low dosage of 0.02 ml / g and a high dosage of 0.04 ml / g. A lot of experiments prove that the composition can effectively enhance the fatigue resistance, significantly prolong the survival time of the mice in a closed container and enhance the hypoxia tolerance of the mice; and after the composition is administrated by yang deficiency mice, the composition canobviously shorten the penis erection latency of the yang deficiency mice while prolonging the freeze tolerance period of the mice. The composition can effectively improve the internal organs coefficients of a sperm sac-prostate, a testis and a preputial gland of the yang deficiency mice and increase the amount of sperms.
