Cinnamomum cassia in 6000 parts by weight of 70%
ethanol. Extract for 2 hours, repeat three times, filter, and combine the filtrates; concentrate, freeze-dry, pulverize, and pass through an 80-mesh
sieve for later use; mix 27.5% freeze-dried
powder with 26.45%
citric acid, 34.11%
sodium bicarbonate, 5.61% PEG6000, and 6.33%
lactose evenly, pass through an 80-mesh
sieve, and prepare a
soft mass using
anhydrous ethanol as a
wetting agent; pass the
soft mass through a 20-mesh
sieve and dry at 37℃ for 30 minutes to obtain compound preparation granules; granulate through a 20-mesh sieve for
granulation, add
lubricant PEG6000 and mix evenly; compress into tablets to obtain compound preparation effervescent tablets. This invention, through pharmacological experiments, confirms that the Yaoyu
effervescent tablet compound preparation has a good anti-
rheumatoid arthritis effect: it can reduce local inflammatory mediators and serum IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, and PEG2 levels, downregulate MDA and increase SOD to improve
oxidative stress, inhibit the expression of MMP3, COX-2, and P38 proteins in the
synovial membrane, and reduce
pathological tissue damage. The medium and high
dose groups showed the best effect, and it has a good therapeutic and protective effect on the
ankle joint of AA rats, with good clinical application value.
