This invention relates to the field of pet care product technology, and discloses a pet oral care spray and its preparation method. The preparation method employs a low-
temperature gradient stepwise
dissolution process:
glucose oxidase is pre-dissolved at low temperature to obtain pre-solution A; bovine
colostrum powder and
lactoferrin are dissolved at low temperature to obtain
protein pre-solution B; honey,
folic acid, and
vitamin D3 are dissolved at
room temperature to obtain
excipient pre-solution C;
lysozyme is added to
protein pre-solution B and stirred to dissolve; then pre-solution A and
excipient pre-solution C are combined sequentially, the pH is adjusted, and
purified water is added to make up the volume; the mixture is filtered through a microporous membrane for sterilization, and then filled and sealed under
inert gas protection. This preparation method effectively protects the
biological activity of each
active protein and
enzyme, achieving a long
shelf life without the need for additional
chemical preservatives. The resulting spray does not contain irritating ingredients such as
alcohol and
menthol, and is suitable for improving
stomatitis, inhibiting plaque and tartar, and alleviating halitosis in pets of all ages and breeds.
