Application of NDV in preparation of AKT inhibitor synergist

The invention relates to the technical field of medicines, in particular to application of NDV in preparation of an AKT inhibitor synergist. The invention provides an application of NDV (Newcastle Disease Virus) in preparation of an AKT inhibitor synergist. The invention discloses a synergistic effect of the NDV and AKT inhibitor in treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma through in-vivo and in-vitro experiments for the first time. Experimental results show that the NDV can significantly enhance the killing ability of the AKT inhibitor to liver cancer cells, effectively inhibit the growth of tumor cells and induce apoptosis. According to the combined treatment scheme, the limitation that rapid drug resistance is easy to generate when an AKT inhibitor is singly used is overcome, the anti-tumor effect is further enhanced through the immune activation effect of the oncolytic virus, and a novel drug combination strategy with a synergistic mechanism is provided for treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.
