Abstract

The present invention relates to a system and a method for intelligently identifying and actively early warning parties involved in infringing intellectual property rights. The system comprises a management server, a data server connected with the management server, a distributed cluster server and an intelligent analysis server, wherein the data server is also connected with the intelligent analysis server. The management server preprocesses the imported related information and related data of the involved parties, and manages the data analysis task and the early warning task; the data serverstores the preprocessed original data information and stores the prediction result of the system for intelligently identifying and actively early warning parties involved in infringing intellectual property rights; the distributed cluster server stores non-relational data according to the data preprocessed by the management server, performs statistical calculation on the flow direction information of the involved party members based on the predefined statistical model, and sends the operation result to the data server; and the intelligent analysis server studies and judges the processed analysis task by using an analysis and prediction model according to the processed analysis task submitted by the user, gives an identification and early warning result, generates a report, and sends the report to the management server and the data server.
