Abstract

The invention provides an ureteroscope with a temperature sensor and belongs to the field of medical apparatuses and instruments. The ureteroscope comprises a mirror of a handheld portion and a mirrorbody connected to the mirror, wherein a temperature sensor probe is arranged at the front end of the mirror body and is connected with a wiring post on the mirror through a wire, and the wiring postis connected with a temperature sensor processing unit through a connecting wire. The temperature sensor processing unit is connected with a displayer capable of displaying temperature at the probe inreal time. The temperature sensor processing unit is also connected with a relay, and the relay is serially connected between a holmium laser mainframe and a pedal switch. When the local temperaturein the ureter exceeds a set value in the laser lithotripsy process, the relay is disconnected, even if an operator still treads the pedal switch at the moment, holmium laser also does not work, the relay is turned on when the local temperature in the ureter is reduced to a normal range, and holmium laser can continue to work by treading the pedal switch. Therefore, complications such as postoperative ureterostenosis caused by local thermal injuries of the ureter can be prevented in the laser lithotripsy process.
