Abstract

The invention discloses a method for optimizing revenue and risk of an electricity seller based on consideration of user utility and market shares. The method comprises the following steps: 1) a market share model of an electricity selling company is established via a fuzzy analytic hierarchy method based on fuzzy utility value ranking; 2) an optimal electricity purchase model for users is built with an aim of maximizing user utility, and a method of exhaustion is adopted for solving the model; 3) an electricity purchasing and selling optimization model in which the market shares of the electricity selling company is taken into consideration is built with an aim of maximizing electricity purchasing and selling utility of the electricity selling company based on maximization of electricitypurchase utility of the users by adopting a conditional risk value method, and revenue and risk of the electricity selling company can be optimized while user utility is maximized. The method disclosed in the invention can help provide an electricity purchasing and selling optimizing strategy for the electricity selling company after electricity selling markets are opened while user interests canbe guaranteed, and revenue and risk of the electricity selling company can be optimized while user satisfaction is ensured.
