The device comprises the following parts: a pressure gauge for acquiring a water pressure signal, a controller for identifying the water pressure signal, a booster pump for increasing the water source pressure, a stabilizing valve for stabilizing water pressure, a power control module for controlling the booster pump and the stabilizing valve, a water supply main pipe for correspondingly connecting different conveying paths and satisfying a predetermined pressure water source; and a ring pipe module for connecting the water supply main pipe and an isolation valve, and detecting the air tightness of the valve.
