This method, for the first time, suggests that the total leakage rate of rubber seals consists of two leakage modes: leakage from the rubber sealing material itself and leakage at the microscopic interface. It analyzes the changes in the proportion of these two leakage modes and the leakage rate over time under single-factor and multi-factor spatial environmental effects, establishes the correlation between the leakage rate of rubber seals and time, and constructs a mathematical model for predicting the leakage rate of the rubber sealing material itself and the interface leakage rate under multi-factor spatial environmental effects. This invention can predict the leakage rate of the rubber sealing material itself and the interface leakage rate under multi-factor spatial environmental effects, and improves the calculation accuracy of the leakage rate of rubber seals under the influence of spatial environmental effects.
