information acquisition device. The device consists of a balance device, a digital sensor, and a line dynamic detection device. A foundation of the balance device is connected with balance columns which pass through balance assemblies and a
mass template; the
mass template is provided with the digital sensor which is respectively connected with three paths of circuits which have the same structure; one path of the circuits is respectively connected with a
signal source, a
signal amplification circuit, a high pass, a low pass, a
reference circuit, acentral
processing unit (CPU) and a 485
communication interface; and a dynamic detection systems consists of an acquisition module, a storage, a state circuit, an alarming module, a
general packet radio service (GPRS) module, a short message platform, a
server, a railway administration website, an automatic generation report module, a
station stage website, and a mobile computer. The device detects data, such as inward and outward deformation value in the horizontal direction of a left rail, the upward and downward deformation value in the longitudinal direction of the left rail, the inward and outward deformation value in the horizontal direction of a right rail, the upward and downward deformation value in the longitudinal direction of the right rail, a triangular hole, a horizontal direction, steel rail breakage and the like and
horizontal and vertical swing acceleration speed values of a vehicle body under the dynamic state of the track line. The track line dynamic
information acquisition device can be widely used for quality detection of railways, underground,
coal mines,
metallurgy, and mine track lines.
