The method comprises the following steps of: receiving aright application request sent by a user terminal; the right application request comprises: device ID of the requested device and device occupancy time information; if the device ID of the requested device is not in the occupied device list, storing the device ID and the device occupancy time information of the requested device in the occupied device list as the device occupancy information of therequested device, and assigning the use right of the requested device to the user terminal; determining an occupancy end time of the requested device according to the occupancy time information of the device; if the usage time of the requested device reaches the occupation end time, the requested device is released.
