Embodiment 1

[0056] Such as figure 1 As shown, the myocardial excitation determination device 1 of Embodiment 1 includes an acquisition unit 2 , a processing unit 3 , a determination unit 4 and a display unit 5 . For example, the myocardial excitation determination device 1 is used to perform one function of a catheter inspection device.

[0057] The acquiring unit 2 acquires or records an intracardiac electrogram of the subject acquired or recorded by a recording unit having a plurality of electrodes (for example, a cardiac catheter, a helical catheter, a rotating catheter).

[0058] The processing unit 3 performs calculation to visualize the state of myocardial excitation of the subject on the intracardiac electrogram acquired by the acquisition unit 2 . The processing unit 3 includes a first generation unit 11 , a first complementation unit 12 , a correction unit 13 , a second generation unit 14 , a second complementation unit 15 , a third generation unit 16 , and a detection unit 17 ....

Embodiment 2

[0097] Next, Embodiment 2 will be described. Hereinafter, the same components as those of Embodiment 1 are identified with the same reference numerals, and descriptions thereof are omitted.

[0098] Such as Figure 20 As shown, the myocardial excitation determination device 100 of the second embodiment includes an acquisition unit 2 , a processing unit 3A, a storage unit 110 , a determination unit 4 and a display unit 5 . The processing unit 3 includes a first generation unit 111 , a first complementation unit 12 , a second generation unit 14 , a second complementation unit 15 , a third generation unit 16 , and a detection unit 17 .

[0099] The storage unit 110 stores such as Figure 21 A plurality of pre-generated action potential unit waveforms 120 are shown. The action potential unit waveform 120 is obtained by applying a temporal moving average process to the action potential waveform of human atrial muscle under structural reconstruction derived from computer simulati...

Abstract

A myocardial excitation determining apparatus which can support the determination of excitation dynamics of the myocardium during atrial fibrillation is provided. A myocardial excitation determining apparatus has: an acquiring section 2 which acquires an intracardiac electrocardiogram of a subject; a processing section 3 which computes to produce visualized data indicating a state of excitation inthe myocardium, based on the intracardiac electrocardiogram; and a determining section 4 which determines the type of excitation dynamics of the myocardium based on the visualized data.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a myocardial excitation judging device for judging the type of myocardial excitation. Background technique [0002] In general, atrial fibrillation refers to an arrhythmia in which the atria of the heart spasm and the heart does not function in the original correct way. When atrial fibrillation occurs, blood stagnates in the atria and tends to develop blood clots, increasing the likelihood of occurrences such as cerebral infarction. [0003] Conventionally, it is known that when arrhythmia such as atrial fibrillation occurs, it is treated by selectively applying ablation at the abnormal site causing the arrhythmia using a cardiac catheter. In therapy, it is important to correctly identify the location to be ablated. For example, JP2013-523344T and U.S. Patent Publication No. 2014 / 0088395 disclose a technique in which an intracardiac electrogram measured by electrodes of a cardiac catheter is computationally processed ...
