Abstract

The invention discloses a method of removing pulse interface in a liquid chromatography curve. The method comprises the steps of collecting test data and creating a liquid chromatography curve, and performing segmentation test on the liquid chromatography curve; calculating a mean and a variance of the liquid chromatography curve in a tested segment, and determining a median point and a value corresponding to the median point on the liquid chromatography curve; determining whether the median point is a pulse interference point, and acquiring a pulse interference point; and performing spline interpolation for three times and replacing the pulse interference point through a fit method, and acquiring a liquid chromatography curve with pulse interference removed. Pulse interference is removedbefore an autopeak of the liquid chromatography curve is identified, so that the pulse interference in the liquid chromatography curve is removed, and after filtration, data is guaranteed to maintainan initial state; and the pulse interference is better removed, and post-peak is identified more accurately.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of pulse interference removal methods, in particular to a method for removing pulse interference from liquid chromatography curves. Background technique [0002] In the actual working environment, due to voltage instability, electromagnetic interference, circuit interference and other reasons, there will be pulse interference on the liquid chromatography curve. If the traditional sliding filter or maximum value filter is used for the pulse interference, it may cause its own normal data. The modification of the method will greatly reduce the accuracy of peak identification in the later stage. Contents of the invention [0003] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention proposes a method for removing pulse interference from liquid chromatography curves, which removes pulse interference before automatic peak recognition of liquid chromatography curves, eliminates pulse interference from liqui...
