Abstract

The invention relates to a method of removing spike noise from ground nuclear magnetic resonance data based on synergic filtration. The method comprises the steps of judging whether all measurement data under a pulse moment has the spike noise through a 3 sigma rule, dividing the measurement data into a group containing the spike noise and a group containing no spike noise, performing discrete cosine transform and Hadamard transform to form two transform domain coefficients, calculating a filtration coefficient through the transform coefficient of the data without the spike noise, performing filtration on the coefficient of the data containing the spike noise, and at last, performing Hadamard and discrete cosine inverse transform on the filtered coefficient of the data containing the spikenoise to remove the spike noise. According to the method, the data containing a spike noise time period is not deleted or replaced, and a relaxation attenuation characteristic of a ground nuclear magnetic resonance signal is not changed. Through testing, the method has high accuracy of removing the spike noise from the ground nuclear magnetic resonance data and improves extraction precision of asignal characteristic parameter.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of ground nuclear magnetic resonance data processing, and specifically relates to a method for eliminating spike noise in ground nuclear magnetic resonance data. Background technique [0002] Surface nuclear magnetic resonance is a non-invasive geophysical method to directly detect the occurrence properties of groundwater. It has the advantages of high resolution and quantitative interpretation, and is widely used in water resource exploration and underground engineering water hazard early warning and other fields. However, the signal obtained by the ground NMR method is easily interfered by spike noise, power frequency noise and random noise, resulting in a low signal-to-noise ratio of the collected data. [0003] Spike noise in ground NMR data is mainly random instantaneous large-scale interference caused by solar magnetic storms and electrical equipment ignition, which is characterized by short duration (a few mill...
