Benefits of technology

This patented technology simplifies making an easy-to-use clean bathroom or bedding cover by creating a special type material called laminated structures made up from layers of different materials like lipids (oil) and proteins. These layers are very thin compared to traditional clothes wearing outdoors during timescales of rainwater immersion. They make them look cleaner than regular clothings without causing any stains over longer periods of use. Additionally, they save money while being easier to absorb onto their faces due to its similarity to those found inside our skulls' shellfish tissue. Overall these technical benefits help people who wear this covering smarter even more efficiently at nightfall through less frequent activities such as showering instead of staying indoor.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical solution described in this patents allows people who sleeps with them to have their faces cleaned before going through bedtime without getting wet from sweaty clothes like sunglasses. However, current sleepingmask products may cause some discomfort during use due to its lack of proper support against bacteria caused by wearing outdoors while they go back home. Additionally, there can be issues where older individuals get stuck between layers of clothing worn together if these items don't fit well into each other.

Embodiment 1~6

[0034] The formula of the wash-free sleep mask with layered structure described in Examples 1 to 6 is shown in Table 1, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:

[0035] (1) Heat the water to 80-90°C, stir and dissolve the humectant and thickener in the water to prepare the water phase;

[0036] (2), heating the emollient and higher alcohol to 80-90°C, dissolving to obtain an oil phase;

[0037] (3) Add the water phase to the oil phase, heat and homogenize at a homogeneous speed of 6000rpm-10000rpm for 4-10min;

[0038] (4) After homogenization, cool down naturally at 150-300 rpm, and when the temperature drops below 45°C, add skin conditioner and preservative, adjust to pH 5.5-7, and stir evenly.

Embodiment 7~10

[0047] The formula of the disposable sleep mask with layered structure described in Examples 7-10 is shown in Table 1, and the preparation method is the same as in Examples 1-6.

[0048] The formula of the disposable sleep mask with layered structure described in table 2 embodiment 7~10

Embodiment 11

[0053] The sleeping mask described in Examples 1-10 and Comparative Example 1 was sampled on a glass slide, covered with a cover glass, pressed tightly, and then observed under the condition of crossed polarized light, and the complete Malta structure could be observed, wherein Taking embodiment 1 as an example, the micrograph of the sleep mask described in embodiment 1 at polarizing microscope 200X is shown in figure 1 , can be seen under a polarizing microscope figure 1 The complete Maltese structure in , illustrating the formation of layered structures. And the sleep mask described in comparative example 1 is seen in the micrograph of polarizing microscope 200X figure 2 , figure 2 The complete Maltese structure is basically not observed in , that is, no layered structure is formed.

Abstract

The invention discloses a no-wash sleep mask having layered structure, which comprises an aqueous phase component and an oil phase component. The aqueous phase component comprises water and a moisturizing agent; The oil phase ingredient comprises an emollient and a higher alcohol. A Maltese cross structure can be observe under a polarize microscope by that no-wash sleep mask of the invention, As that layered structure is similar to the phospholipid bimolecular layer structure of the cell membrane of human skin cell, it can provide a refreshing and non-greasy skin feeling, so the sleep mask ofthe invention is easy to absorb on the face, is not greasy, does not rub mud, and can be used as a no-wash sleep mask. The invention also discloses a preparation method of a no-wash sleep mask with alayered structure, which has the advantages of simple preparation process, no need of long-time emulsification, energy saving and low production cost.
