The multiple-temperature zone refrigerator comprises a cold storage chamber and a freezing chamber; a thermometer bulb is built in each of the cold storage chamber and the freezing chamber; when the multiple-temperature zone refrigerator works ina normal refrigeration mode, a rotary type magnetic refrigerator located in an engine room is capable of supplying cold energy for the cold storage chamber and the freezing chamber alternately through heat-exchange fluid and three-way valves; meanwhile, heat is emitted to the environment through a high-temperature heat exchanger; and a motor rotation speed controller and a drive pump rotation speed controller are dynamically adjusted by a controller through a difference value of room temperature and set temperature input by a user to realize automatic efficient temperature control. When the user selects a fast cooling mode, motor rotation speed is set to be maximum rotation speed so as to guarantee that the cold storage chamber and the freezing chamber reach the respective set temperatureas soon as possible; and when the air-cooled refrigerator frosts during operation to worsen refrigeration performance, the controller can automatically judge the condition to enter a defrosting mode;cold storage chamber is defrosted in manner of return air defrosting; and the freezing chamber is defrosted in manner of reverse circulation.
