Abstract

An embodiment of the invention discloses an electric leakage detecting device and a system thereof, wherein the electric leakage detecting device comprises a signal acquisition part, a communication part and a power supply part. The signal acquisition part comprises a mutual inductor and an operational amplifier which are electrically connected. The mutual inductor is used for acquiring a detectedinduced electromotive force on the condition of residual current generation in a transmission cable. The operational amplifier is used for amplifying the induced electromotive force which is obtainedthrough acquisition. The communication part is used for transmitting the amplified induced electromotive force signal to a control microprocessor for performing electric leakage detection and early-warning. The power supply part is connected with the signal acquisition part and the communication part for supplying power to the signal acquisition part and the communication part. The device and thesystem can conveniently, quickly and accurately detect and position an electric leakage fault, thereby reducing or even preventing passenger electric shock casualty accidents caused by municipal power consumption equipment electric leakage in rainy days.
