Abstract

The invention relates to a method for evaluating access of an electric vehicle charging and replacing facility to a power distribution network. The method comprises the following steps of: setting five types of evaluation indexes of technicality, economy, normalization, electric energy quality and system secondary; refining the set five types of evaluation indexes of technicality, economy, normalization, electric energy quality and system secondary; carrying out weight calculation evaluation on the obtained detailed indexes, wherein the indexes are evaluated by adopting a percentage system scoring mode; according to the index system and method, scoring each evaluation index of the power distribution network accessed to the charging and replacing facility one by one; calculating to obtain afinal evaluation score according to the obtained weight of each index; and repeating the above steps to obtain an evaluation value of the scheme of connecting each electric vehicle charging and replacing facility to the power distribution network, and indicating that the scheme is high in comprehensive level with a high evaluation value. An evaluation conclusion is divided into three levels of higher level, middle level and lower level.
